My Story
Hi, I’m Brooke!
I’m a Lee County, VA native who has had the incredible fortune of growing up in this amazing corner of Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee. From Kingsport, Johnson City, and Bristol, TN/VA to the surrounding Tri-Cities communities, this area has always been home, and I truly can’t imagine living anywhere else.
I currently live in Kingsport with my partner, Marco, and our rowdy cats. When I’m not working, I love exploring new restaurants, revisiting old favorites, wandering used bookstores, getting lost in music, photography, wine and cheese, or taking long walks on the Kingsport Greenbelt with an ice cream in hand. I’m passionate about this community and enjoy connecting with the people who make the Tri-Cities such a special place to live.

From Fixer Projects to Full-Time Real Estate
Before real estate became my career, I developed a serious love for remodeling my own home. Upgrading light fixtures, adding crown molding, refinishing stairs, and installing new flooring quickly turned into more than a hobby. The more projects I tackled, the clearer it became that I wanted to help others experience the pride and excitement of making a house truly feel like home.
With over 15 years of experience in the medical field and customer service, I built my real estate business around a client-first mindset. I want you to feel comfortable reaching out to me during the process and long after closing. Sometimes that looks like strategic advice. Sometimes it looks like dinner and a good conversation after the deal is done.

For out-of-state buyers and sellers, I also offer a fully virtual real estate experience.
